Anyways, as ffxx68. you can use github, but if you want to set it up on your own server, you can sync the AOSP sources with the --mirror argument repo sync --mirror. Then, ask the people to init their source trees from your server. As for merging, you can do it like you'ld normally git merge/rebase.
