I'm following along with Embedded Android (http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920021094.do). I downloaded the AOSP source and successfully compiled/run it. I've followed it's instructions on setting up a new device for some hardware I've build (based on a Tegra3). I've managed to compile it successfully, but when trying it in the emulator the screen is just blank. Comparing the output from the successful run to this one isn't giving me much.
I found a pretty good resource (http://web.archive.org/web/20100723055942/http://source.android.com/porting/build_new_device.html), but it's been pulled for being too out of date. I'm very new to android / embedded development (I'm primary a web developer), so I'm wondering if there are any good up-to-date resources I could check out to try and solved my problem.
