Hi, I would be grateful if someone could explain the steps needed to include a prebuilt launcher and make it replace the existing one (Launcher2) in a new device.
Should I use the LOCAL_PACKAGE_OVERRIDES macro if so how should it be used if the apk does not have its own Android.mk file?
