Our platform has a SIP app that turns the screen and touchscreen off when
the user is holding the phone to their face. this is triggered by the
proximity sensor.
Physical volume buttons don;t seem to be recognized when the screen is off,
so you can't change the volume in that state.
Anyone can point me to where I can change this behavior?
thanks!
