I have a strange one with the PPP connection. On boot, the system connects
to PPP and then after a few seconds it disconnects. A little later it
connects again, followed by a few seconds and the same disconnect. After
this it never tries to connect again.

The settings are enabled for data.

This is the output from logcat.

D/pppd ( 3608): Script /etc/ppp/ip-up started (pid 3614)

I/pppd ( 3636): pppd exited with 5

Anyone any ideas where I should start looking to find out the cause. A
Google search on some of the messages reveals nothing so far.
