As far as I know, the full information may be proprietary. But you might be able to find what you need by doing a web search to locate an Android device based on that chipset, and if it's an open source project then the information you need might be in the audio portion of the port. So you could see how the Android port configures the routing. That could get you pointed in the right direction.
