Hi Perumal, 

I don't think you can use the native client with Cisco devices. 

For information, I have tested the native client with a Linux L2TP server. 

It works on some Android devices (HTC Magic with 1.6 firmware) 

And does'nt work on Spica with 2.1 update 1... 

I have checked with Fortigates too. This work well on HTC Magic with 1.6 
firmware and not on Spica with 2.1 update 1.
