I apologize for the delay responding to you.

You are running a "userdebug" build of Android.  This can clearly be seen in
your "Build Number" below.

"userdebug" versions of Android are intended for engineering use only.  It
contains additional debugging and (slightly) slower performance compared to
"user" builds.  You'll never get an update for a userdebug version of
Android, which is naturally bad.

A bunch of us are scratching our heads wondering how you got this device.
Did you buy it directly from a retail store?  Ebay?

Anyway, I'll get in touch with you directly and see how we can fix this.  If
anyone else is running a "userdebug" build ("Settings > About Phone > Build
number") please feel free to contact me directly.
