I replied to you via email but once again here.

AVAST never contacted us prior to this article!
I am not saying that AVAST is distributing trojans, I am saying that
AVAST has an interest in spreading fear among the android community.
They are actually accusing us of putting the trojan out and never said
a single word about the file on the Market, and I have no idea where
they obtained that cracked file they are reviewing, we have no copy of
it...You can also clearly see that there is no such wat.php file on
our servers...
They are actually, somewhere between the lines and very unclear,
insinuating that the APK file they review is also an actual App on the
Market!
This can not be considered simply "untrue", this can only be
considered as a lie.
If they took their time to review the cracked APK file they could've
easily taken the time to unpack the actual App as well and see that no
such code exists on our Market App.

But like I said, putting a scary "Android Malware" article on the
internet is better than the actual facts. This seem to work very well
for "normal" journalists nowadays as weel.

We have contacted AVAST about this article.
