It is best to make requests at http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/list so
that requests have a clear owner. Things in email tend to fall through the
cracks as peoples responsibilities change over time.

However, I would check in the SDK emulator for Gingerbread and/or Honeycomb
to see if the newer certs are already included. Or send me the subject name
and/or SHA1 fingerprints and I can quickly check before you open the issues.
We generally give more weight to Mozilla's approval process, so please
provide a reference to your request to them if you have one.
