Did you try Googling?

I'm not sure where you ran checkmyip etc. but.

A google says rmnet0 is edge/3g. So this should be the interface used
without your router. You have two WANs including your router.

$ /bin/cat /etc/services | /usr/bin/egrep "(993|5228)"
imaps           993/tcp                         # imap4 protocol over
TLS/SSL
imaps           993/udp                         # imap4 protocol over
TLS/SSL

Imaps (993) should be a secured email connection under normal operation
and a sound network.

Seems 5228 is google market place
