I am interested in the same verification from the application level. saving a file the external SD, is there any way to read back the file in its ciphertext from without going to the PC or needing the user to disable the SD Card encryption ? I know the SD Card should allow access, I see the cyphertext on the PC, but I want to do it directly on the Android after writing the file. SD's are notorious for being pirated clones.
