I'm new to this group but I joined because I ran into an issue with my Lenovo Thinkpad Tablet. I had to factory reset the tablet following a series of Force Close. This was while the device was encrypted using the native Honeycomb Device Encryption. After factory resetting the device, I cannot get it to encrypt anymore. I can go through the initial steps but right after confirming that I want to encrypt the tablet, the process will stop there with an android icon outlines in green without any indication that it was encrypting the device...as it should be. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to manually trigger the encryption using terminal or adb commands. Does anyone know how to achieve that?
