No, unless you have some specialized tools to brute force the password and 
even then you're going to have to wait a while depending on how complex the 
password is (4-digit PIN = quick, 12 character alphanumeric+special+caps = 
very slow).

My suggestion would be to put the device into recovery mode and factory 
reset the device, but of course you'd lose all the data on there. But it's 
better than having a useless device.
