Dear support team of google, first I want to appologize for my bad English, but I hope that you will understand my problem.
My partners and me worked on an app for Android. I'm responsible just for the marketing and don't understand a lot of programming. Now I have to register at google play and place the app from my name. So I would be responsible for this app. But I don't know my partner well. Statistics says that every fourth app could be dangerous for the users. Now I'm feared, that my partners could make such dangerous app, and at the end I'm responsible for that and guilty... Google play and me, I think that we are both interested in the security of the users.
