I have a short question regarding the security in Android.
I have a Sony Xperia S device that was sold with Android 2.3.4, later I upgraded to 4.0.4 via Sony’s PC companion software. My employer claims that my Sony phone is more vulnerable than a Samsung Nexus which was shipped with 4.0.4 just because I have upgraded it from 2.3.4 to 4.0.4. I have not rooted my phone or anything like that.
