1. On prestigio pmp3670b tablet google account was blocked.
2. The google account password was restored and changed using web on other device. 3. On Prestigio there is a beginning (locked) screen where the default account and password are required. No network is accessible on Prestigio so device does not knows, that the password is changed. So there is the cycle- cannot get to the net, because devise is locked. Cannot unlock the device, because cannot get to the net. 4. On that model all the found methods of hard reset are not working.
