I added my corporate email account which pushed a bunch of security measures to my phone including forcing a minimum digit unlock code and encrypting my device and SD.
I've already removed Mail from the list of device administrators and removed the email account too. I still can't reset the policies though. All the lock screen options are greyed out, except using password. When I go into security options and select either Decrypt device of SD card, there is no way to decrypt them. At the bottom of either screen is just "Set screen lock type", which again takes me back to the screen with greyed out options stating "Turned off by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage".
