Android does not use ARM Trust Zones. It was touched upon at "TPM on Android", https://groups.google.com/d/msg/android-security-discuss/WEpNeqeewsA/m2dQ6NGIzaYJ. Because Android does not use TrustZones, I don't expect there to be API support for them. I could be wrong.
