Hi Tony,

this afternoon, I have finally found some time to test your new build
process. As long as I use a CVS client external to Eclipse, everything
works like a dream.

However... if I check out andromda-all from *inside* the Eclipse CVS
repository browser, Eclipse creates a project "andromda-all" that
contains the whole subdirectory structure of AndroMDA (core, cartridges,
etc.), but Eclipse does not open the projects andromda, andromda-ejb,
etc. because it does not look into the subdirectories.

OK, I thought, let's import them into the workspace by hand. I chose
"File, Import" and tried to import the Eclipse project contained in
andromda-all/andromda. Eclipse complained: "Invalid project
configuration" because one project may not reside in a subdirectory of
another Eclipse project.

Frustration #1. :-(

OK, I thought, let's delete andromda-all from the workspace and reopen
the subdirectory projects one by one (again by hand). This worked and
Eclipse built the whole stuff just fine.

However... I tried to fix a bug in a Java file of AndroMDA and tried to
commit this fix to CVS. But oops, when I chose the "Team" item in the
context menu of the andromda core project, Eclipse prompted with "Share
project..." which shows me that Eclipse now does not know the CVSROOT
link any more where the project came from.

Frustration #2. :-(

No way to use the CVS client on this project structure - I have to check
out the projects one by one again.

Can you help me with a better idea?

No cheers...
Matthias
