What's
up?
So I go to use
AndroMDA 3.x for the first time and the very first thing I encounter is that the
documentation on the website is just wrong. Am I mistaken or is the
"getting started" stuff at http://www.andromda.org/pages/starting.html just
flat out incorrect?
I hope I'm
mistaken, but if I'm not then I am really really disappointed? I've twice
had to write and fix the getting started pages only to find that somebody has
broken things.
Matthias ....
what's up? Why release the 3.0 product with incorrect
documentation on the website? Does the wizard functionality
even exist anymore? If it doesn't exist then does the person who broke it
plan to fix it or at least fix the documentation?
Come on, this is
really crappy user experience. The project is not just about writing
software. It's about providing a good user experience.
Am I wrong, or
do the other andromda developers think this sort of thing is ok?
I'm interested in knowing.
Sorry for my first
e-mail in such a long time to be so negative, but it is friggin annoying to
spend many hours getting something to work to find out that it has been
broken.
