Well I was thinking OCL translation was as part of the basic framework layer as well. However when I implemented it, I wasn't sure the best place to put it. Good point however (since we could have multiple parsers), it should probably be moved to the translation-libraries module. I'll look into refactoring it out of the core.

today, I sync'ed with CVS and started to re-establish a valid Eclipse workspace. I noticed that the core now has a target/src folder where I find classes like org.andromda.core.translation.analysis.DepthFirstAdapter, generated by SableCC.
Question: I see the core as the basic framework layer. Why are these classes here and not in the translation-libraries directory?
