Perhaps Martin can tell us more about this, but I remember I had a performance improvement on redhat linux once when switching to RH9, this version was one of the linux OS’s featuring NPTL (native posix threading library), what happened was that when I launched Jboss I only saw one process .. if I take a look on the team server I see one process for each thread   I don’t know for sure if this matters much, and I don’t know if SuSe supports this as well, .. just an idea     -- Wouter
