I'm not sure I understand this correctly, but is this solution any better than picking the inverse association end at random? (Decision based on name length seems a lot like drawing straws... ;)) I would like to be able to specify the inverse end based on which class I want to have control over the collection. This is done in the attached package via the tagged value @andromda.hibernate.inverse. But this solution is not in CVS. Why not? > inverse="true" > -------------- > > Key: HIB-2 > URL: http://jira.andromda.org/browse/HIB-2 > Project: Hibernate Cartridge > Type: Improvement > Reporter: Walter Itamar MourĂ£o > Assignee: Matthias Bohlen > Priority: Minor > Fix For: 3.0M3 > Attachments: cartridgeUpdate.zip > > The use of inverse="true" should be default or based on the model. Maybe the > association navegability or a tagged value. ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tame your development challenges with Apache's Geronimo App Server.
