${jsp.fullPath}-graderAssignments.jspf erroneously generated

I have an action state that calls a deferred controller method and the
transition leaving the action state has a collection page variable. The
transition enters a dummy action state that does nothing and then transitions
to a decision point. The dummy action state is required because you can't have
page variables on a transition into a decision point.
