Extend default lazy-initialization configuration

Currently, there are several levels of control for cascading. It can be
controlled for compositions and aggregations separately. It can also be
controlled by tagged values for a more fine-grained approach. It would be nice
if there was a similar scheme for lazy initialization. Right now it is
controllable for compositions and by tagged values. If one could set a default
for aggregation associations, attributes, and the like, it would be beneficial
I would think.
