Users can configure the model packages to be processed by AndroMDA (in the XML
file, this is the <modelpackages> node).
The configuration file editor should be able to display a tree with all
packages from the referenced models. The packages that will be processed should
be displayed in normal font. The packages that will not be processed should be
displayed in light gray.
Alternativley, there could be a toggle button or a radio button beneath the
model packages tree view so the user can choose which packages are displayed
(the ones being considered vs. the ones not being considered).
