Making AssociationClassFacade extend both ClassifierFacade and AssociationFacade

That would enable andromda uml metafacades to match JMI's
org.omg.uml.foundation.core.AssociationClass's inheritance hierarchy.
The aim is to be able to write cartridge metafacades that extend both a
ClassifierFacade subclass and a AssociationFacade subclass. For the hibernate
cartridge, that would be for example adding a HibernateAssociationEntity that
would extend both HibernateEntity and HibernateAssociation in order to add for
example association class specific CRUD operations.
