association ends named entity generate uncompilable code

Problem has been experience specifically with spring cartridge but might be
aplicable to all.
Create model with two classes, an association between them, and one association
end named "entity". Both are stereotyped <<Entity>> and picked up by spring
cartridge. Code will not compile because the name entity will conflict with
other variables named entity (e.g. in the Dao operations).
Resolution:
model validation should fail if association end is named anything that will
cause uncompilable code to be generated (i.e. "entity").
