Cartridge Editor

The cartridge editor is intended to facilitate editing the cartridge
configuration. It is probably a good idea to implement this as a multipage
editor, with pages vor the various aspects of the cartridge:
- templates (defined in cartridge.xml)
- metafacades (defined in metafacades.xml)
- namespace properties (defined in namespace.xml)
- profile elements (defined in profile.xml)
Basically, we should have a forms based editor (text fields etc.) AND a source
page for each of these files. I am also thinking of a graphical editor
displaying the various elements as a box and line diagram. Not sure if that's a
good idea, so I am looking for feedback.
