ValueObjects are not generated

When the CRUD-feature is used with a newly generated project, there are no
value objects generated.
To reproduce:
- generate a J2EE/Spring/etc project with andromdapp:generate
- extract the CRUDSample model to the generated mda/src/... dir
- optional: start the AndroMDAServer
- run mvn install
... bang: compiler-errors because of missing ValueObjects
