As promised, here is a little patch that adds an association with role
<code>qualifier</code> from
<code>org::andromda::metafacades::uml::AssociationEndFacade</code> to a list of
<code>org::andromda::metafacades::uml::AttributeFacade</code> composing the
qualifier of an association end.
This enables templates to have access to an association end's qualifier. Note
that it doesn't modify other methods such as handleGetGetterSetterTypeName()
which might be modified to take into account the existence of a qualifier. This
will be filed as a separate issue.
