Take the existing EMF-based metadata repository from AndroMDA 3 and convert it
to the new plugin architecture.
Take the existing EMF metadata reader adapter from AndroMDA 3 and package it as
a runnable workflow extension.
Test the new reader and the new repo within a sample workflow that reads a
metamodel and a model based on that metamodel.
