Hi all, today, I have finished the first version of the architecture docs for AndroMDA 4 (see the link "The AndroMDA architecture" on the front page of www.andromda.org
Based on that architecture, I have created an implementation of the extension registry (ideas taken from Eclipse, implementation is much simpler) and a workflow control plugin, as well as a workflow test plugin to prove that the workflow control works. The code is in http://svn.andromda.org/svn/andromda4/andromda4/trunk/ (access via Subversion client). In jira.andromda.org, I have added components, versions and a bunch of issues to the A4 (AndroMDA 4) subproject, to allow project planning and to sketch an outline for the development path for the time until A4 will generate the first Spring code, again. Next step is to implement the first metadata management plugin. I'll take the EMF plugin from AndroMDA 3 and adapt it to the new plugin mechanism in A4. Any volunteers for one of the other AAAA-* issues? Cheers, Matthias --- Matthias Bohlen "Consulting that helps project teams to succeed..."
