When an entity to VO dependency is modelled, the entity DaoImpl is
automatically moved into the src tree. However, if the default (generated)
entity <->VO transformation is complete (ie is usable without overrides
required), an option to prevent the DaoImpl moving into the src tree would be
reduce the code base left for the user to manage.
