Hi Padraig, I'm a Ph. D. student from the University of Antwerp, Belgium. We have developed an AndroMDA cartridge for model transformation called MoTMoT. Last year, I supervized a master thesis on the transformation of UML models conforming to the BPD profile into BPEL files. The actual MOF transformation is implemented with our UML profile for Story Driven Modeling while the projection to the XML space is implemented with the XML extractor developed by the ATL team in Nantes.
I've forwarded your mail to the master thesis student. He should contact you and give you access to his thesis and software.
