Hi to the community, the current EMF/UML 2 activities in AndroMDA 3.2 gave me a good motivation to make all this happen in AndroMDA 4.0, too. In the meantime, I wrote a Maven plugin that can translate a UML2 model to an Ecore model - I need this to create metamodels for AndroMDA 4.0. After this, I have created the first versions of our new intermediate metamodels called EnterpriseApp (concepts for enterprise applications) and OOP (concepts for object oriented programming). The Maven plugin translates these two to Ecore, ready and packaged into an AndroMDA 4.0 plugin. A few minutes ago, I committed all this.
The next step is to implement the abstraction interfaces IModel, IModelElement and IMetadataRepository using EMF so that ATL is almost ready to run on top of this repository abstraction.
