If andromda.xml can not be found at the location the user has specified either
in the preferences dialog or the project properties, a warning should be
displayed in the problems view. The error marker should then have a marker
resolution (CTRL+1 Assist) that automatically scans the project for
andromda.xml and updates the project preferences.
