It's realy annoying to have to trigger the export the MagicDraw (11.5) model on
each change (and time consuming when forgetting this step).
This should be done automatically before the AndroMDA run (if the model did
change).
MagicDraw provides a plugin therefore in
plugins/com.nomagic.magicdraw.emfuml2export which does the work in background
but requires a MagicDraw installation. To find MagicDraw we can use a
environment variable like MD_HOME.
