Our application embeds andromda, i.e. it uses the methods on
org.andromda.core.AndroMDA to generate sources from a model. This works fine
for the first time, but the second and later times fail. With the netbeansmdr
repository, it fails by entering a deadlock: the process hangs. With the
emfuml2 repository, the model is loaded correctly, but nothing is generated.
