Leandro Hermida commented on EJB-63:
------------------------------------

Hi Vance,

Glad to hear from you. You are right, MagicDraw cannot open profiles or models
made from version newer than the version of the software the user is running so
people using versions of MagicDraw under 12.1 won't be able to use the one I
uploaded. I will recreate this same profile using MagicDraw 11.5, which I
think is a sufficiently old enough version. I will upload it as soon as I get
a chance.

> Hi,
> I saw that there was another problem with the original uml2
> andromda-profile-seam-1.1-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip. When you open it directly in
> MagicDraw and go to Options -> Modules you will see that it is referencing
> itself as a module. This was causing the problem in MagicDraw 12.5 where it
> could not open it.
> So I opened andromda-profile-seam-1.1-SNAPSHOT.xml.zip directly as a project
> in MagicDraw, fixed the UML_Standard_Module-1.1-SNAPSHOT.xml problem (as in
> the previous patched profile I submitted), then went to Options -> Modules
> and selected the self referenced andromda-profile-seam module and then
> clicked Import. This removes the problem and creates a nice clean profile.
> I have attached the new profile to the issue. It can open MagicDraw 12.1 and
> 12.5.
