handleGetName() applies the
UMLMetafacadeProperties.ENUMERATION_LITERAL_NAME_MASK to all attributes of an
Enumeration, not just enumeration literals. The code should check to the
isEnumerationMember() value in addition to whether the owner is an
EnumerationFacade
