Use Richfaces components instead of Apache Myfaces components

JBoss has released Richfaces 3.1.0 a few days ago. This version bundles
Ajax4JSF, so you don't need no more to bundle it with Seam cartridge. Moreover,
the components are very nice (especially the calendar one) and they are very
well documented. So it would be a good idea to bundle Richfaces in Seam
cartridge instead of Apache Myfaces components (trinidad, tobago).
