components.xml generated at the wrong place by Seam cartridge

In Seam cartridge, the components.xml should be generated in
/WEB-INF/classes/META-INF, not in WEB-INF.
It could cause problems is some cases : for example, if you define converters
or validators with @Validator and @Converter annotations, JSF can't find them
unless you declare them in faces-config.xml.
