Prefix, suffix and max length not applied on SQL names when using 
@andromda.persistence.table tagged value

If you use @andromda.persistence.table tagged value to set table name for an 
entity in model, it will be used as it is and no prefix, no suffix and no 
control on table name length will be applied. I think these behaviours should 
be applied any way the table name is calculated, either from entity name either
