Add Keyword modifiers in output code for Java outputs that have no
corresponding UML input
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: JAVA-41
                 URL: http://jira.andromda.org/browse/JAVA-41
             Project: Java Cartridge
          Issue Type: Improvement
    Affects Versions: 3.4-SNAPSHOT
         Environment: Andromda-3.4-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Bob Fields
            Assignee: Bob Fields
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 3.4-SNAPSHOT

Generated code should optionally have keyword modifiers (UML Keywords) for
things like @SuppressWarnings (unchecked, fallthrough, javadoc, serial,
finally, all, unused, emptyBlock, null), @override, @synchronized, @transient,
@volatile, @deprecated, etc. This will avoid compiler warnings in the generated
code that should not be modified afterwards.
