OK I think this discussion is going off the rails a bit.

This is not an either/or choice.

The AndroMDA maven plugin is built on top of the AndroMDA Ant task.

Anybody who current uses <andromda> in an Ant build script will be able to
continue to so.

People who (at their own discretion) prefer to use maven can use the
*OPTIONAL* AndroMDA maven plugin to build their own applications without any
impact or harm to those people to continue to prefer Ant or any other build
system that can also use the AndroMDA Ant task

I hope I am not boring people but I just want to make it really clear that
this is optional maven support that will have no impact on the current Ant
support nor force anybody to do anything they don't want to
