Hi, don't know if you met the same situation as me but somehow I feel MagicDraw 7.5 didn't always populate the begin and end of a transition automatically so every time I have to manually type them in. Otherwise, there will be some null transitions.

well, when I opened the file I got a strange exception in MagicDraw (7.5).. but I was able to continue by selecting Window->Reset Windows Configuration

anyway, I think to have found your problem: you are not adding FrontEndUser stereotypes to your users, I will update the documentation because it is not really clear from there.
