In Open Source area, IMO is AndroMDA the best. Other solutions like http://www.architectureware.de, http://www.openmdx.org, http://umt-qvt.sourceforge.net are not as far (in concept) as AndroMDA (I'm doing comparisons of all Open Source MDA tools at the moment...).

but without using Cartridge for creating your own Cartridge
("eat your own dog food") ;-) So, IMHO, AndroMDA is still the
coolest one! Would be really great if we can someday create
a Cartridge which does the Model-to-Model transformation also
