Do you mean the andromda-profile for 3.0M3? If so just make sure you rename the old one to .bak or someting (so Magic Draw doesn't find it) open it in Magic Draw and when it tells you it can't find the profile, point to the 3.0M3 in the repository, then make sure you open up a diagram or something and then save the model so that it saves the new reference.
